Draft edit of Love Affair

Image
https://youtu.be/g6fY-7E7EN4 We decided to use iMovie to just quickly put the footage all together and see what it all was going to look like. We could see that this editing software wasn't going to be good enough for our final film opening.

Types of font

Love Affair This is not the sort of titling we will use in our final film as it's sans-serif and we think serif font will work better as serif fits better to the era in which film noirs are set, as well as giving a dreamy effect and feel and usually in film noirs, the central character does have dream and in our film the fem-fatale has a dream to be Eddie.  Love Affair  This isn't the exact font we will use in our film, but being serif is more suitable than the previous font, as it links the date in which the film is set.  Love Affair  We won't be using this font as again it's sans-serif, however it does remind me of the type writer font, which is an old-fashioned product so does have some sort of nostalgic feel. Production Diary

January 21st -  This is the first day with using the camera, microphone and stand, so we found that we need to take some practise shots to figure how to use it all properly. We found it was difficult to get the right lightening for what we wanted, and so from this we learnt that we really been to plan what time of day we wanted to film our final production. We also learn how to put the camera on the stand for future reference. January 22nd - The next day we decided to do a demo scene of what we wanted one scene to look like in the final production. We did have a few problems with this. We found it difficult to use the focus on the camera so that we could have an extreme close up and then a zoom out of the extreme close up, this resulted in being quite difficult as the focus kept going in and out. We've found that on a few occasions the focus hasn't been very good and so we have had to film scene over and over again to make sure that what we are filming was in focus. Anot
